1WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

You can pre-order a selection of items even before they are in stock.

All items of this type are identified with a PRE-ORDER label that can be seen on the product page. You can purchase and will receive them at your preferred address as soon as we can proceed with delivery. Delivery time depends on the model, it is visible on product’s page bellow the sizes section.

If you have a mixed order, i.e. it includes both already available items and pre-order items, it may be processed separately to ensure faster delivery.

Please note that payment will be taken when the order is placed, just like a normal order. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we ship your package.

Cash on delivery is not available for PRE-ORDERS.

2HOW DO I TRACK THE SHIPMENT OF MY PACKAGE?
We do everything necessary to ensure that orders are processed as quickly as possible. We send you an e-mail as soon as your package is shipped with a link allowing you to track its progress.
3CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order after your order has been placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be canceled once the order has already been shipped.
4CAN I MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
5HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order.
6WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

We advise you to return your order to us by "guaranteed" shipment (counter-signature delivery and tracked parcel).

Please note that for all items the return costs are at your expense.

7HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

8HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Once your package reaches our office, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Another 5 to 6 working days for the refund to pe completed, but it can take about 10 working days for you to receive the money on your card or bank account, depending on your bank.
