RETURN FORMULAR

You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your item(s). Here’s how:

1. FILL OUT THE BELLOW RETURN FORM
2. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS AND PACKAGING INCLUDED. THE PLASTIC SECURITY SEAL MUST BE INTACT, OTHERWISE WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN.
3. SEND BACK THE PACKAGE WITH THE CARRIER OF YOUR CHOICE. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE AT YOUR CHARGE. 

Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange. We advise you to have a tracking number when sending back an item, we can’t be responsible for a package lost.
