SHIPPING & RETURNS

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation email within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible and usually within 3 business days if the ordered item(s) are IN STOCK. Please allow 1 - 4 weeks to process your order if the ordered item(s) are in PRE-ORDER. However, for PRE-ORDER items exact delivery time will be visible on product’s page bellow the sizes section. Please note, the payment method cash on delivery is not available for PRE-ORDERS. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed. 

SHIPPING

ARTICLE TEN delivers worldwide.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm. We don’t process or deliver orders during weekends and national holiday. Every order placed on Friday after 3pm GMT, Saturday, Sunday and national holiday will be processed in the following working days.

Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not when it is placed.

All Non-European Countries: 4-7 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer complimentary shipping for orders to be delivered in Romania. For all European countries and non-European countries We offer express and standard shipping options in order to best meet your needs.

ROMANIA: Free

All European Countries – EXPRESS SHIPPING - 50 Euro (1 -2 working days)

All European Countries – STANDARD SHIPPING - 30 Euro (4 -5 working days)

All Non-European Countries: – STANDARD SHIPPING - 70 Euro (4 -7 working days)

ARTICLE TEN is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond ARTICLE TEN’s control.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office mailbox addresses.

Tax & Duties

All products are submitted to Romanian VAT of 19%. The VAT is included in the prices displayed on the webstore.
All countries out of EU are submitted to customs charge. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unfortunately unable to advise the amount of these charges.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your item(s). Here’s how:

  • Fill out the RETURN Form placed in the footer of the website
  • Choose a return option : Refund or Exchange
  • Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags, seal and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.
  • Send back the package with the carrier of your choice.
  • Return shipping costs are at your charge. 

Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange. We advise you to have a tracking number when sending back an item, we can’t be responsible for a package lost.

Once your package reaches our office, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will sent back to you.

REFUND

You can choose to be refunded on your bank account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For countries outside EU, we don’t refund customs duties but you may be recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Refunds take 5-6 working days from the moment we received your package but it can take 10 working days for you to receive the money on your card or bank account, depending on your bank.
